All commission work are for personal use only (read Usage & rights for further info)

Clients can commission up to 3 times per commission open period. (exception for limited slots, which would be 1)

I accept payments through paypal invoice or robux gamepasses

For real life currencies, euros only.

When paying through gamepasses, tax fees are included in the gamepass and price list (due to roblox taking 30% of the robux).

Payment should be made 100% upfront.

Payment must be made in 72 hours after the approval of your commission. If the payment still hasn't been sent after that time period, the slot will be given to another client.

Max 2 characters in one canvas. Extra characters will cost double the original price. Extra items (e.g. plushies, bags, pets, etc etc) will cost extra 20% of the original price per item

Once the payment was sent and confirmed, a sketch will be sent, in case one was already made. Once the sketch is sent, the client may either approve and move onto the next progress or discuss if there's something that needs to be modified.

Changes can be requested up to 6 times during the sketch progress, and 4 times during the final progress. After that amount has passed no more changes will be accepted.

The duration progress of the commission will take up to 2 months max. I do not accept short deadlines. Please be patient with me.

Refunds will be made only if the commission due date has expired and the work has not been finished or if some problems occurred that will affect my future progress of the commission. Anything other than that is not negociable
- Depending on the progress that was made so far, refunds will either be fully or partially.

Refunds will not be made after the commission has been finished

Chargebacks will not be tolerated if it violates above rules. doing so while those rules applies will lead to being blacklisted from working with me on future commissions

While the commission work was made for the client, the rights of the artwork still belongs to me. That being said; You may not, in any way shape or form, do the following:
-Using my artwork for the purpose of training in generative ai
-Tracing, selling, editing* and claiming the artwork as your own. (*exception for slight modifications if finished, please feel free to discuss for further discussion)
-Usage for any nfts/crypto purposes
-Any other malicious intends (e.g. hate speech)

Personal use is allowed, including but not limited to: using the artwork as a profile/cover on social medias with credit, making personal non-commercial merch, using it as a wallpaper on your device, etc.

After your commission is finished, both watermark and no watermark versions will be sent. Unless the client tells otherwise, the artwork will also be used as a portfolio for my future commission examples.
